Ruth was my first Spanish teacher in London and after 5 years living in Madrid and learning Spanish with a few teachers, she is undoubtedly my favourite! Her classes were fun and interactive. Ruth look time to explain grammar rules and would go through written exercises to check I fully understood my mistakes. She also helped me improve my Spanish pronunciation! I would highly recommend Ruth as a teacher - she is understanding, dynamic and patient - everything you need to improve your Spanish!

I studied Spanish with Ruth as a beginner for two years. Ruth’s clear and patient approach combined with her enthusiasm for her language and culture has given me a solid base from which to continue and progress.

Ruth was my professor for two years. During that time my Spanish improved from a very basic level to being able to successfully pass the DELE B1 exam. Ruth is a friendly and patient tutor who understands the needs of her students and adapts accordingly. I highly recommend learning Spanish with Ruth!

I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough. We employed her in a panic, realising that my daughter had only a few months left to cram in the whole GCSE curriculum. Ruth was calm and totally proficient. Her knowledge of the syllabus and what was required to pass the exam was second to none. She was able to be both realistic about expectations and encouraging, but more importantly she was a very stabilising presence for my daughter during a stressful time of cramming. My daughter achieved an A* grade after only a few months with Ruth. We were astonished and delighted. My daughter also has increased confidence in her abilities and an enduring interest in Spanish language and culture. Thanks Ruth!

Ruth is a great and really friendly tutor. She went above and beyond the required to make sure I understood the material covered. She was incredibly helpful, and has an in-depth understanding of the learning of the Spanish language so, rather than being someone who just speaks Spanish, can help her students to understand complex grammar points and explain common difficulties.
She helped me prepare for the oral component of my interview to study Spanish at Cambridge, and also helped me prepare for the oral components of my International Baccalaureate exam and my first year exam in Cambridge.

Before joining this Spanish course, I had learned in school before. I was so glad to learn Spanish again and the course helped me a lot. The videos were easy to catch up. The animation for the conversation made me understand how to use it in daily life. I love the practice part and the word cards. The way to review was more fun than the exams! The course is totally different from a traditional course. Besides, the online course is convenient to learn anywhere and anytime! I think the whole course was fantastic and anyone who wants to learn Spanish should try!
