• I am author and owner or the webs www.funspanishclassroom.com  and  www.virtualschool.funspanishclassroom.com. In the web www.virtualschool.funspanishclassroom.com I have the virtual school to learn Spanish Online. I teach Spanish to adults at any level.

General terms and conditions:

• Payment for classes is via Stripe, a safe and secure way to pay via debit or credit card or bank transfer.
• The lessons are paid for in advance.
  
• No-shows will be charged.
• The times and date of the classes will be confirmed before the payment is made.
• After finishing  your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your payment by email.
• All blocks of lessons will expire in 6 months starting from the day of payment.

 2) SERVICES AND TRAININGS:

Through the websites WWW.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM and WWW.VIRTUALSCHOOL.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM my website of the School I market and sell trainings and services in relation to Online Spanish Learning as a foreign language.

Specifically, I currently offer:

FACE TO FACE SESSIONS VIA ZOOM:

• Private tuition One-to-one lessons via Zoom: we deliver Spanish lessons tailored to my student's needs. Lessons can be purchased in packs of 10.
  • Refunds of block of lessons have to be requested by email to hola@funspanishclassroom.com, 48 h before starting the first lesson and a full refund will be made. After this time, refunds will not be made.
  • Once you start the block of lessons refunds will not be made.
  • Lessons are transferrable to other person.
  • Cancellation and change policy is 48 hours in advance by email to hola@funspanishclassroom.com. If cancelled or changed within 48 hours before the start of the class, the class will be charged.
  • No-shows will be charged.
  • Lessons must be taken within a 6 months starting from day of payment.
• Private tuition Group lessons via Zoom: I deliver lessons to a group of students via Zoom. Lessons can be purchased in packs of 1, 5, 10 or 20 lessons.

  • Once you start the block of lessons refunds will not be made.

• Group Courses via Zoom: our group courses are blended courses, including multimedia material and a weekly speaking session via zoom (1 hour).  
  • Students have access to our Virtual School.
  • Every week, students are told what lessons they have to watch before the next class.
  • Sessions are held via Zoom with a tutor.
  • 10 weeks courses - 10 hours of speaking practice, with 1 x 1 hour session per week.
  • Cancellations must be made up to 7 days before starting the course in order to get a full refund.
  • If less than 7 days before the course start date you can transfer your booking to another course for up to 6 months at no extra charge. But refunds will not be made.
  • Zoom lessons might be recorded so students who missed can catch up.

ONLINE TRAINING - VIRTUAL SCHOOL:

• Virtual School: Fun Spanish Classroom, a method to learn Spanish Online. It is a subscription model, a monthly membership, to which the student has access to all my training and new classes on an ongoing basis, with a monthly payment of 12 pounds each month.
  • The training through the Virtual School is all online and the student can access them 24/7 from WWW.VIRTUALSCHOOL.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM. You can find the log in button in www.funspanishclassroom.com or WWW.VIRTUALSCHOOL.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM.
  • All the videos and contents are made exclusively by me. I reserve the possibility of, on occasions, being able to count on external professionals to teach part of my courses, or create some classes in my courses, and this will be reported on the sales page of each course if applicable.
  • You have 3 days trial in the Virtual School, if you are not satisfied you can cancel at anytime before the 3 days trial period is finished in the student dashboard, alternatively you can send an email to hola@funspanishclassroom.com.
  • Members of Virtual School will be charged monthly.
  • Cancelations of subscription in the Virtual School can be made at anytime up to 48 h before next payment by sending an email to hola@funspanishclassroom.com or in the student dashboard.

The particular characteristics of each service or training will be specified in each case on the sales page of each product, where the description will be found.

I reserve the right of admission to courses and services, to people who, in my opinion, the course or service is not directed, or to cancel access to people who act inappropriately on the platform or sessions.

I reserve the right to change my course offering at any time.

2) Intellectual Property
All the contents of my training (courses, workshops, mentoring, etc.) and the publications of my website (articles, posts, pages, texts, videos, tutorials, podcasts, images, graphics, infographics, and others) have been created by me, and are subject to copyright and intellectual property. In no case will these rights be ceded or assigned without my prior, explicit and written consent.

The content of the training courses may not be reproduced, broadcast, sold, distributed or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes. For example, the worksheets, videos, classes or texts obtained with the training cannot be shared on social networks. Even if you have purchased the training, the content of the training is mine and cannot be shared or reproduced in any way, or on any platform.

All the content that appears in my training sessions whose copyright and intellectual property belong to a third party will be indicated on the sales page with the description of the training.

3) Price and Taxes

The prices are duly marked on the web. Prices are in pounds, and I reserve the right to offer prices in other currencies in addition to Euros for the convenience of my international students. It is a total price that includes taxes, if applicable in each case. If taxes are not included, it will be indicated at checkout and on the sales page.

I reserve the right to apply discounts and price changes when I consider appropriate, as well as create discount coupons for promotions that I consider appropriate, with the conditions that I consider appropriate and for the duration that I consider appropriate.

In order to issue the invoices correctly, I will need the client to fill in the information properly in the payment form.
Invoices are sent by email automatically after the purchase has been made, and for the Virtual School, which is a subscription, all invoices are sent automatically when the monthly payment is made. If you do not receive your invoice, send me an email to hola@funspanishclassroom.com to request it and we will send it to you manually.

4) Payment method

Payments will be made through the sales page of the web, and you can pay with a secure payment with your credit or debit card through the Stripe system.

Services: the services will be paid in advance through the secure payment platform on the web, which I will provide if it is the case. The services will always be paid in advance, at the time of hiring the service, unless another case is negotiated in very specific cases. If there is a recurring service, it will be paid by direct debit or membership through Stripe, whichever is available on the web at that time. Money refunds are not accepted, but customers can cancel their service up to 48 hours before starting the programs or services, and the money will be refunded in that case. From that moment money refunds are no longer made. If a block of 5, 10 or 20 lessons are booked, these lessons must be taken within a 6 months starting form the day of payment.

Courses: The courses and the Virtual School will be paid at the time of acquiring the course through the secure payment platform on the web with a debit or credit card with the secure Stripe system. The Virtual School is a monthly membership, therefore, the student pays automatically once the first payment is made with the card until the student decides to cancel the service. The student can cancel their subscription to the Virtual School at any time by sending an email to hello@funspanishclassroom.com before the automatic payment is made for the following month. Refunds are not accepted on Virtual School payments but the student can easily cancel whenever they want.

Trial Lesson: The trial lesson is 1€ and lasts around 30 minutes. You are under absolutely no obligation to take any more lessons after the trial lesson. When you purchase a trial session, you also agree with the following:

• Payment for trial sessions is nonrefundable.
• In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your trial session appointment, we request that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

FUN SPANISH CLASSROOM is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees.

I reserve the right to change my fees, but I will notify you in advance.

5) HOLIDAYS AND SICK DAYS - TEACHER

Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer, a refund will be given.

6) Data Protection:

The data that I will request will be essential for the performance of the services or the delivery of the courses, in each case.

I also inform you that your data will be added to a mailing list, in order to be able to send you information and promotions of your interest, by virtue of the services or training that you have acquired. If you do not want to receive this information and you want me to delete your data, you just have to unsubscribe from said mailing list using the "Unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe" link that you will see at the bottom of the emails I send you. In addition, you can also send me an email with the concept "Cancellation of data" to my contact address hola@funspanishclassroom.com

In addition, I confirm that at all times I comply with current regulations on data protection (Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 by which the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other current regulations are approved). 7) Prohibitions:

The reproduction, dissemination, sale, distribution or commercial use of the services or training acquired, either in whole or in part, is prohibited.

If Ruth María Andrés García identifies that a student has made a copy, reproduction or distribution of the contents of Fun Spanish Classroom, the student must pay the amount of 5,000 euros as exploitation rights if they have tried to sell or obtain economic profit, or as compensation for damages , and if deemed necessary, legal measures deemed appropriate will be taken to compensate for the damage caused to the business.

It is strictly forbidden to share passwords for access to a course with other people, or to buy the course between several people or businesses with the intention of saving money and sharing a course access between several individuals. It is an illegal practice and it causes an economic loss to this business. Each access to the course is personal and non-transferable. If Fun Spanish Classroom detects that this practice has been done by a student, that student will lose access to the course forever, will be banned from acquiring any other course, services, or free resource, and we will reserve whatever civil or criminal actions are within our reach. to safeguard the rights of this business.

8) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

In general, the relations between WWW.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM and WWW.VIRTUALSCHOOL.FUNSPANISHCLASSROOM.COM with the users of their telematic services, present on these websites, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction and to the courts of SORIA.

9)Modification of the conditions of sale

Fun Spanish Classroom reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time, taking into account the needs of the website, the business, and current legislation.
In the event that there are changes in the conditions of the courses or services, this website will be informed, and if necessary, to students and clients by email as soon as possible.

10) Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The contracting of any service or training to Fun Spanish Classroom automatically implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this website.

11) Disclaimer of Liabilities

Fun Spanish Classroom cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the website, failures or interruptions in the web service, nor that the website (and therefore, access to online courses) is always accessible, for reasons beyond our control. Sometimes there are technical problems, viruses, fortuitous attacks on the web, or any other problem that causes the impossibility of accessing a training or service through the web. We are committed to working to solve these problems as quickly as possible, but it will not be admissible to request any compensation of any kind if this occurs, nor a payment of the price of the course or a part of its price.

Ruth María Andrés García also reserves the right to sell the business, transfer it or close it. If this is the case, students and clients will be informed by email as much as possible. In the event of business closure, access to training (recorded courses) will be lost, and no compensation may be requested.

If the web or the business finds it necessary to permanently close and stop giving access to the courses, Fun Spanish Classroom will only pay the amount of the online courses to those students who have acquired the online course three weeks before the closing of the company , and who have not yet completed the course.

In the event of a business closing due to the death of Ruth María Andrés García, no refunds will be made for online courses, and the website will remain open for at least one month.
